A sour beer inspired by the Berliner Weisse tradition soured with Lactobacillus Brevis and then fermented with Brettanomyces Nosferatum.
The first try was a failure but we have high hopes for this beer.
Malt: Malted Wheat, Malted Rye
Hops: Columbus, Amarillo, Chinook, Citra, Simcoe
Yeast: Lactobacillus Brevis + Brettanomyces Nosferatum Blainvillus
