Juinbock

A nice little spring beer based on a traditional maibock, but fermented with a clean Ale yeast instead of a lager. Super fresh, the low hops give way to a nice malt flavor enhanced by a tiny bit of yeast. We brewed it too late so it wasn’t ready for May… so Junebock it is!

 

Recipe

Malt: Pilsner + Munich
Hops: Perle + Hallertauer
Yeast: WLP060
