Les Brasseurs du Jeudi is a brewing cooperative that brings together 6 people with different tastes and preferences. Teri loves brown/amber beer with good maltiness. It’s a decently malted beer with nuts overtones. Classic versions had their nutty flavors coming from the specialty malts only, but in this case a natural hazelnut extract is added for additional dimension.
Malt: Maris Otter, Crystal 80L, Munich, Brown malt, Crystal 20L, Crystal 120L, Honey malt
Hops: Perle, Hallertauer
Yeast: Safale US-05
