Our first try at a partigyle. Both beers are the product of the same mash. The first runnings became an Imperial stout fermented with honey and a crapload of small fruits. The Petit Ours is a two penny with a good dry hop to make it pop.
Malt: Maris Otter, Barley, Chocolate Malt, Honey Malt, Caramel 60 et 120L
Hops: East Kent Goldings
Yeast: WLP023 – Burton Ale
