Wickham: Farmhouse Ale

Inspired by Gabriel’s favorite beer, our Farmhouse ale is a summer season, light and slightly acidic. A mix of rye and wheat helps the pilsen malt attain greater complexity. We used a typical Belgian yeast, the Saison III by White Labs to ferment it.

Recipe

Malt: Pils + Rye + Wheat
Houblon: EK Goldings + Hallertauer
Levure: WLP585
